Very pleasant experience from the start. Explained alternatives & listened and acted upon replies. Went out of his way to satisfy our requirements. Stayed on out-of-hours to complete sections of the work. Very professional in his approach and did not cut corners. On completion, went through the whole job with us and explained how the legal rest requirements had been met by him. After-care service is also excellent and he got back to us quickly with queries on how to operate the system. As an afterthought he not only got the job done well but it's also aesthetically pleasing - you should see the quality & uniformity of his pipework!
